Campaign Management

Campaigns page

On the campaign list page, a list of campaigns is displayed. The page contains up to 10 campaigns and a pagination.

The list contains the following details:

  • status
  • name
  • rate (usd)
  • limit views per session
  • limit views in total
  • budget
  • start date
  • end date
  • created at

Users can filter campaigns with the status buttons

Users can also an ability to sort campaigns by creation date

Create / edit campaign

To create a campaign click the button

To edit campaign click on the campaign from the list and choose Edit Campaign under Other Actions button.

Campaign create/edit page contains the following sections:

Basic Information.

  • Campaign name (required)
  • Start date (required, date after which banners will be distributed)
  • End date (optional)
  • Start immediately (sets start dateas current date)
  • Ongoing campaign (do not provide end datefor this campaign)

Matching information.

  • Rate (required. Specified in usd). Rate is payed for 1000 Minimum rate is 0.01 USD.
  • Geo targets (Select one or more countries. Banners will be distributed only to visitors from those countries)
  • Keywords (required, min – 1, max – 100. Keywords should be separated by “, “)

Payment information.

  • Budget (required. Specified in USD) – indicates how much money you want to spend, before banners will stop distributing.

Fee is displayed under Budget. Fee is calculated as a % of token budget. Fee is paid to AdBank before banners will be distributed.

View limit.

  • Total limit campaign views (optional, integer) – limits banner views for this campaign. I.E. If value is set to 10, then banners will be shown to all users no more than 10 times.
  • Limit campaign views per session (optional, integer) – limits banner views for this campaign for single website visitor (session). ie. If value is set to 10, then the user will be shown no more than 10 banners in scope of the same website session.
  • Reset view counters (optional, integer, in seconds) – reset counters for total and session Specified in seconds.

Statistic settings.

  • External ad platform link (impressions) – the link for external impression tracking
  • Track conversions – enable this options, if you want to track conversions for this campaign
  • External ad platform link (conversions) – the link for external conversions tracking

Campaign actions

Conversions code

If you enabled conversion tracking on the campaign create/edit page, you can get the conversion code for your campaign in the popup:

The conversion code is used to track conversions after a user clicks on the ad. If an external conversion link was provided on create/edit page, the system will send a request to this link on a successful conversion.

Edit Campaign

This is the same view as on the Create campaign page. You can change the campaign settings here.

Stop Campaign

This will stop the selected campaign and is available only for campaigns with status Running. Banners from a stopped campaign will not be distributed and frozen funds will become available. The funds spent for paying the campaign fee and debts to publishers are not refundable.

Delete Campaign

This will Delete the selected campaign. Deleted campaign will no longer be visible in your campaign list.

Add Banner

Add a new banner for this campaign. One campaign can have no more than 5 banners.

Campaign statuses

Campaign can have one of the following statuses: Not Started, Pending, Running, Finished, Blocked and Pending Removal.

1) Not Started. Indicates that campaign was created, but start date is in the future. Operations allowed: Create banner, Edit/Delete campaign.

2) Pending. Indicates that campaign has started, but there are no banners or banners are not matched with placements. Operations allowed: Create banner, Edit/Delete campaign.

3) Running. Campaign banners are distributed and at least one banner has matched with placements. Campaign fee is taken when campaign is moved into status Running. Operations allowed: Create banner, Stop campaign.

4) Finished. Indicates that end date is in the past, or budget is spent. Operations allowed: Delete campaign.

5) Blocked. Indicates that campaign is blocked by admin. Please, contact AdBank support for details. Operations allowed: Delete campaign.

6) Pending Removal. Indicates that the campaign is being removed. It appears when the user deletes the campaign, but banners from this campaign were recently distributed. The system will keep such campaign for some time to make sure that all statistics are gathered and all debts are paid.

Also, campaign can be deleted. Deleted campaigns are not shown in the list and are not available for viewing or editing.

Campaign view

On the campaign view page, all information about a campaign is displayed. Users can edit/delete the campaign or add/open a banner.

The page contains the following details:

  • status
  • name
  • rate (usd)
  • limit views per session
  • limit views in total
  • budget
  • start date
  • end date
  • created at
  • external ad platform link

Also there is a list of banners and an option to Add Banner.
