Admin Portal Features

Administrative Portal Functionality

Admin portal is considered to be a solution to track and handle different user activities within AdBank network. With this portal admin user is able to see the key data about registered users, information about campaigns with banners and websites, execute validation on suspicious content, Track all transactions and manually handle the matching of suitable campaigns and websites.

To login to the administrative portal, the user enters their admin user credentials (email and password).

Users Page

After login, the Users List page will load. This is a home page for the admin user where the total number of users (advertisers and publishers) can be seen, as well as list of users.

In user lists, the admin user can see the following data points:

  • Status
  • Name (First and Last name of user)
  • Email
  • Role
  • Internal Wallet
  • Created at (date of account creation)
  • Action button, block or activation of user

Rows are displayed with pagination of twenty per page.

On this page users can be blocked or unblocked (activated). To block a user, the action will be confirmed in modal window.

In this window you will see the title with name of the action that is going to be applied to the user (block or unblock of user) and the option to either confirm or cancel the action.

Campaigns page

On the Campaigns page  all campaigns are listed and are sorted by creation date, with the newest campaigns at the top of the list. The campaigns list has a pagination of twenty rows per page.

The following data points are listed in the campaigns list:

  • Status
  • Name
  • Banners (number of banners within the campaign)
  • Rate
  • Limit Views Per Session
  • Limit Views In Total
  • Budget
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Created at
  • User (user can be filtered by click on the name from campaigns list)
  • Linking History button
  • Campaign Block button

The Linking History page

This page is accessible from the campaigns page by clicking on the button in the campaign’s row.

The Linking History page consists of three blocks:

  • Unlinked Banners– a list of banners, that were added to a campaign, but not yet linked to any placements, or which were linked before, but changed their statuses because of unavailability of placement (for example, website was blocked);
  • Linked Banners– a list of banners, which are currently linked with a list of placements, to which banners are linked to;
  • Linked/Unlinked Banners History– a list of banners with information about when banners were linked or unlinked and with what placements;

Campaign Block

A campaign can be blocked by the admin user from the campaigns list page by clicking the block button and confirming the action in the modal window.

The reason the campaign is being blocked is “Disturbing Content”. It will be displayed on the campaign detail view.

Websites page

On the Websites page the total number of websites is listed and the list is is sorted by creation date, so the newest websites appear on top of this list. The list has a pagination of twenty rows per page.

The following data is available in the websites list:

  • Status
  • Name
  • User (user can be filtered by click on the name from campaigns list)
  • Created at

Website Block

A website can be blocked by the admin user from the websites list page by clicking the block button and confirming of this action in modal window.

Website blocking reasons:

  • Disturbing content on the website
  • Website does not exist
  • Ownership of the website is questionable

The reason that the website has been blocked will be displayed on the website detail view.

Placements list of the website

A list of all placements within a website is available in the drop-down section. To open the placements list the user must click the arrow button in the rightest side of the websites table.

The following data is available in websites list:

  • Placement name
  • Type of the placement
  • Size
  • URL (represents a list of URLs, where the placement was distributed)

Transactions page

On the Transactions page the amounts of imported, exported and spent ADB tokens are represented, as well as list of transactions, which is sorted by creation date, so the newest transactions appear on top of this list. The list has a pagination of twenty rows per page.

The following data is available in transactions list:

  • Type
  • Tx Hash
  • User (user can be filtered by click on the name from campaigns list)
  • Created at
  • Amount

From the Banner Validation page, the admin user can block or approve banners with suspicious content.

The banner will go through admin validation when it is flagged with disturbing content (alcohol, drugs, nudity or weapon).

A banner can be retrieved in a window and admin can then make the decision to approve the banner or block it.

Once the banner has been approved or blocked, it disappears from the validation list.

Manual Matching page

Manual matching page is the list of campaigns that are active, but have not matched to any websites yet. The admin user can compare the campaign and its banners to available websites and their placements by keyword. The campaigns and websites list is formed according to their rate, geo-target, banners type and dimensions.

The first view is a list of campaigns. The User can click on a campaigns name and the list of banners within this campaign opens.

When banners list is open, the user can choose each banner, and compare it to placements list within available websites.

After suitable placement is selected, the user clicks the Match button and the campaign will be matched to the selected website and disappear from the list. The fee for starting the campaign will be payed and the selected banner will be distributed to the chosen placement.
